It is time to dust off your running shoes and join us for Run Club! Run Club is the perfect way to; start running for the first time, increase your cardio routine, add running accountability, and/or prepare for your next race!
Led by a certified running coach, you'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to ANYONE, not just FIT4MOM clients.
We will provide the training schedules so you can train for a 5k, 10k, or Half Marathon and it will all culminate on June 2nd with the Lake Wilderness Run in Kent!
